What Creator Gap does

Creator Gap analyses publicly available YouTube videos and their transcripts for a topic you choose, identifies subjects competing videos have not covered, scores those opportunities, and generates a suggested video plan. The output is research and suggestion only. We do not guarantee views, rankings, revenue, or any other outcome from acting on it.

Accounts

You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity under it. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. Don't share an account, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to yours.

Plans, usage limits and payment

The free plan includes a limited number of new analyses per month. Pro is a recurring monthly subscription that removes that limit and unlocks topic comparison and AI title and script generation. Viewing existing reports is free and does not count against any limit.

Payments are processed by our payment provider acting as Merchant of Record. They are the seller of record for your purchase and handle billing, applicable taxes, and invoices. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Prices are shown before you pay; if we change them, we will tell you in advance and the change only applies from your next renewal.

Cancellation and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Acceptable use

Don't use Creator Gap to break the law or anyone's rights. Specifically: don't attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls; don't scrape, resell, or redistribute our output as your own product; don't use automated means to overload the service; and don't attempt to gain access to accounts or systems that aren't yours. We may suspend an account that does these things.

AI-generated content

Parts of the service use large language models. AI output can be wrong, outdated, or misleading — review it before you rely on or publish it. Generated titles and scripts are yours to use; you are responsible for making sure what you publish is accurate and doesn't infringe anyone's rights.

Third-party content

Video titles, thumbnails, channel names, and transcripts belong to their respective owners and are shown for research and commentary. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.

Availability

We aim to keep Creator Gap running but do not promise uninterrupted service. Features may change, and we may retire ones that no longer make sense. We rely on third-party APIs that can fail or change without notice.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Creator Gap is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost revenue, or lost opportunity arising from your use of it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Creator Gap or cancel Pro at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and will normally warn you first unless the breach is serious. On closure you lose access to saved reports and starred ideas, so export anything you want to keep beforehand.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the last change, and material changes will be announced in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
